Register using the Specialty Order Form

Dr. Betts will be doing CERF exams on Thursday, May 3rd in the Marina Conference Center.  You must pre-register for all exams and a tentative time will be agreed upon.  Remember that your dog’s eyes will be dilated and that if you are participating in Conformation, take that into consideration when scheduling your time slot.  You should arrive 30 minutes in advance, to do paperwork and have eyes dilated (we’ll have forms and drops available in advance).  No refunds will be made. 

Pre-registration cost for one dog is $25; cost for two or more dogs per owner is $23 each.  Make sure you have your dog’s AKC or CKC registration information available for the CERF forms.
